Hurricane Sandy hit last week, and until last night we were living out of a suitcase. Our power went pretty much as soon as it started raining, and it got really cold really quickly in our house. We rode out the storm at my grandmother's house (she has a generator), but even there it was way too cold for my little ones. We decided the next day to pack up and invade my mother in law's house in Pennsylvania. We stayed in Pennsylvania for the entire week, and got some quality family time together. We are so grateful that electricity is the only thing that we lost.
These pictures are from the Strasburg Rail Road in Pennsylvania. My son loved the trains and being with his Grammy.
